Minotti was founded in 1948 by Alberto Minotti as a small furniture workshop, which quickly grew and developed into a larger-scale production during the 1960s, leading to the company’s expansion. After their father’s untimely death in 1991, Renato and Roberto Minotti took over the management and initiated the process of growth and expansion into the international market. Since 1998, the Minotti brothers have shared their vision with architect Rodolfo Dordoni, who has been the Art Director and coordinator for all the company’s collections since then.
At the core of Minotti’s philosophy lies the relationship between tradition and innovation. The expertise of Minotti’s skilled craftsmen is used to complete a product created using modern technology, while handcrafted work balances out industrial precision with sensitivity and exquisite details.
The story of the Minotti family and company continues to evolve, and with the same dedication and long-term vision that has characterized the company’s success over the past 70 years, it is now being shared with the third generation of Alessio, Alessandro, and Susanna. They are facing the challenges of the future together but are determined to uphold Minotti’s identity and the expression ”100% Made in Italy,” just as their grandfather Alberto Minotti did.
